Kimberly Jayne Greer, 55 of Whitman passed away Thursday January 8, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington surrounded by her loved ones. Born September 9, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Nell Browning Nemeth.
Kim was an employee of Logan Concrete for 15 years. She attended Central United Baptist Church. Kim loved spending time at the beach, working in her yard and going to the movies. Kim spent many hours donating her time to make many bride’s special day perfect.
Kim is survived by her daughter and son in law whom she loved like a son Stephanie and Patrick Duty, her two best friends Cheryl Elliott-Hicks and Lora Baisden and a special niece Shana Nelson. Kim is also survived by a host of cousins, family and friends. Kim was the “Adopted” mom of so many of Stephanie’s friends who all loved their Mama Kim.
A special Memorial Service to celebrate Kim’s life will be held on Friday January 16, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Central United Baptist Church in Logan.
