Connie V. Yeager, 70 of Chapmanville passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Trinity Healthcare of Logan. Born June 14, 1935 in Dehue, WV, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Emma Stowers Davis. Connie was also preceded in death by a brother Buddy Davis.
Connie was a member of the United Methodist Church and attended Nighbert Memorial United Methodist Church in Logan, where she was a member of the Crusaders Sunday School and the Bereavement Committee. She loved her pets and enjoyed quilting and cross stitching. Connie was a fanatical Cincinnati Reds fan.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Henry Yeager of Chapmanville, one daughter Ronna Yeager of Bellpre, OH, one sister Mary Davis of Peach Creek, a special niece Stephanie Davis and a great nephew John David Szucs and numerous other family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday December 3, 2014 at 1:00PM at Honaker Funeral Home in Logan, WV, with Pastor Tom Beckette officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby, WV. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 – 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Howard McNeely, Joel McNeely, Mark McNeely, Aaron McNeely, Donald McCloud and Don Elkins.
