Pamela Sue Fisher-Evans, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, age 61, of Logan, WV departed this life Sunday, May 26th 2013 after suffering from extended illness. Pam was born September 13, 1951, daughter of James Addison Fisher and Betty Ann Conley-Fisher, both deceased. Preceding her in death was her eldest daughter, Melissa Dawn Evans-Gregory.
She is survived by husband of 45 years, Frank Evans, Jr., daughters, Suzy Evans-Birnbaum (Jon) of Manhattan Beach, CA, Amy Evans of Logan, WV, and sons, Frank Evans (Judy) of Phoenix, AZ, and Jonathan Evans (Dare) of St. Augustine, FL. Also surviving are grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Alison McCoy, Alex Evans, Emily Evans, Joshua Evans, Avery Evans, and Ryder Evans. She is also survived by siblings, James A. Fisher from Holden, WV and Nancy Brown of Jacksonville, FL. Pam was a dedicated homemaker and friend to all who walked through her door.
Funeral services will be held on Friday May 31, 2013 at 1:00PM at Honaker Funeral Home in Logan, with Pastor Ron Chambers and Associate Pastor Dan Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill, WV.
Friends may call on the family on Thursday May 30, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
