Condolence: Marcus---you always had a smile. A funny word, and would make a bad shift on the flight line a fun one. I'll never forget you. Ever. I'll never forget your chant. I once asked, where us is accent from? The response? "west by God, you better be smilin when you say it, Virginia!!!" I'll miss you brother. I'll really miss you.

Condolence: The hardest thing is the last goodbye. Especially when you didn't know it was the very last one.

Condolence: I served with Marcus at Macdill from 09-2014. He took me on my first tdy and helped to make me a better airman/crew chief/ and human being. He was a good man and I am glad to have known him and spent so many years serving beside him. I am so sorry for your loss. One of my favorite memories with him was at work singing Travelin' Band by CCR really loud. It always makes me smile and laugh. I have no doubt that all of us who knew him have had many moments with him like this. We should all try and think of those memories so we can keep his positive, fun loving, and caring spirit alive. Rest easy Marcus...we all love you.
