Jerry Lowe, 66 of Chapmanville passed away Monday April 4, 2016 at his home. Born November 11, 1949 at home on Lowe Mountain, he was the son of the late William Sr and Ada Louis Lowe. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Darrell and David Lee Lowe and three sisters Candice Trent, Sandra Carter and Sharon Lynn Humphreys.
Jerry was a retired coal miner and a member of the Local Union #5958. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, whom he loved dearly.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter April Johnson of Chapmanville, one brother William Lowe Jr. of Chapmanville, two sisters Kay Ball of IN and Theresa (Jim) Dillion of Switzer, one granddaughter Krystyn Johnson and grandson Janner Gosien.
Funeral Services will held on Thursday April 7, 2016 at 2:00PM at Honaker Funeral Home in Logan, with Pastor Josh Vanhook officiating. Burial will follow in the Lowe Family Cemetery on Lowe Mountain.
Friends may call on the family on Thursday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
